There are plenty of resources out there on the topic of leadership such as "how to lead" or "how to be a better leader, " but the majority of them are focused on the senior pastor or first chair leader. Is it possible to be an effective second chair leader when you are also a subordinate? We will explore questions including: Who exactly is someone who leads from the second chair? How can I serve my church and bring value to the organization when I don't have the final decision making authority? How do I help carry the vision of the church when I am not the prime vision caster? This intensive is designed to help senior pastors and second chair leaders build trust and better understand their roles in the organization and how they can work together to see God do more than what they could ever dream.
